Safety First: Swim Band Policies
DON’T GET STUCK AT THE SHALLOW END OF THE POOL.
TAKE THE SWIM TEST AND BE FREE TO DIVE HEADFIRST INTO SUMMER!
Red and Green wristbands will help our lifeguards spot those swimmers that might be floating a little too far from a safe spot. Please visit your local YMCA and ask a lifeguard if you can take the swim test and have a safe and FUN summer!

The outdoor pool is available for use by YMCA of Metro North members only. Adult non-members may purchase a daily guest pass for $15; seniors and teens are $7 and children 13 & under are $5. Challenge starts Saturday, September 19
Olga Arnold, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, will give you the tools and the motivation you need to take part in our 14 day Kick the Sugar Challenge. Attend a FREE seminar to learn the reasons why you need to limit or eliminate sugar from your diet. Discover how sugar “sneaks” into your diet and learn where to find great alternatives to the modern (SAD) Standard American Diet. This is a free challenge for YMCA of Metro North Members and $10 for non-members.
Bookin’ It With The Boomers

Don’t miss our 2nd annual 2.3 mile walk for seniors and their friends and family. The walk will be held along the paved Independence Greenway bike path at Cy Tenney Park in West Peabody. Registration is $10 and proceeds benefit the YMCA financial assistance program. Sign up at the Welcome Center!
Parent’s Night Out
Friday, October 9, 6:00pm – 9:00pm
Your children will enjoy games and gym time while you enjoy a night out! Food and drinks will be served. Space is limited. Sign-ups will NOT be taken after 5:00pm the Wednesday before a PNO. Cancellations must be made by Thursday at 5:00pm or will result in a $20 cancellation fee. $20 for first child in a family membership. $5 for each additional child. Sign up at the Welcome Center!
